We have a team of engineers working in SOLIDWORKS environment. We design machinery, equipment, steel structures and all kinds of production tooling, such as: machining, welding and assembly fixtures. We constantly cooperate with specialists in industrial automation, cutting tool design and construction.

We carry out the tasks entrusted to us comprehensively. From the verification of design assumptions, through the analysis of possible solutions, adapting them to a given application, carrying out engineering calculations (kinetostatic and strength analyses, etc.), to creating a 3D model and all the necessary technical documentation of the designed device. For the purposes of our projects, we prepare complete product documentation such as operating manuals, risk analyses, CE declarations of conformity (including details of EU directives and harmonised standards).

MACHINERY AND DEVICES

We design and manufacture equipment to improve or automate the customer’s current production processes. These are generally single-unit or small batch machines. Depending on the specificity of the process, the client’s expectations, its budget and individual conditions of the order, these may be single machines, their assemblies or complete technological lines. We have experience in process optimisation and automation in the food, metal, light and furniture industries. In the course of implementation, we continuously cooperate with industry specialists.

We also deal extensively with the development of products according to the client’s ideas. When carrying out an order, we adapt our activities to the assumptions and possibilities of the customer. We analyse the idea in terms of construction and technology at the assumed production volume, carry out the design, develop the technology and prepare the complete documentation for the CE declaration of conformity. In this matter, we have experience in the implementation of moderately complex consumer products manufactured in-house with a low degree of outsourcing.

MANUFACTURING TOOLING

We design and manufacture various types of production tooling for our customers. We mainly supply machining fixtures (for CNC or conventional machining) and welding tooling (positioning fixtures, swivels, stands, etc.). We also manufacture proprietary equipment to optimise the assembly process for the customer’s current products (positioners, assembly stations, gauges, etc.). We can develop our own tooling solutions based on the information provided or implement/develop the customer’s existing idea.

ADAPTATIONS OF CURRENT SOLUTIONS

We also provide services concerning the optimisation, development or adaptation of the client’s current solutions/products to new assumptions. Such activities are usually aimed at optimising the design and production process in terms of cost reduction, or developing a solution based on a previously implemented one, but using modern materials and technology. For these types of assignments, we perform a number of calculations and simulations to verify possible directions of change. These are mainly motion analyses of systems and the definition of load courses, as well as strength FEM simulations.
