We provide professional CNC machining services based on documentation provided by the customer. We are characterised by an individual approach to each order and attention to the quality of services provided. During our work, we make use of a number of optimisation solutions in the field of machinery, software, tools and quality control of manufactured parts.

We process most of engineering materials, including: various types of steel, aluminium alloys, non-ferrous metals and their alloys and a range of plastics. As well as machining from solid material, we also machine: castings, welded structures, forgings and parts made using 3D printing technology.

What can we offer?

Professional manufacturing services

CNC MILLING

We offer three-axis milling of workpieces with dimensions (XYZ): 1250 x 500 x 630 mm. The range of elements that we machine is highly varied, both in terms of production volume and complexity. On the one hand, these are individual elements with a high degree of complexity, such as coils, dies, markers, etc., and on the other hand, serial elements such as housings, fixtures, bodies. Often, we make special tooling for the orders, which allows us to perform unusual operations and optimise production in terms of cost and repeatability.

CNC CUTTING AND BENDING

We provide comprehensive fabrication of sheet metal components using laser cutting technology (working area 3000 x 1500 mm) and bending on CNC press brakes (max. bending length 3000 mm). The materials and sheet thicknesses we manufacture are: common steel – up to 20 mm, stainless steel – up to 15 mm and aluminium – up to 15 mm. We supply single and series parts, and have extensive experience in producing complex and precise stainless steel components. For non-standard orders, special tools can be made.

CNC TURNING

We can supply parts turned on CNC automatic lathes with interceptor (up to a diameter of 25 mm and max. length of 500 mm), made on a numerical lathe with bar feeder and counter-spindle – max. diameter 40 mm, max. length 200 mm. Due to the characteristics of the machines, these are mainly serial orders with varying degrees of complexity and the required tolerances up to accuracy class 6, e.g.: bushings, shafts, nozzles, etc. For small series orders, it is possible to machine longer workpieces up to 200 mm in diameter using driven tools – turn-milling.

HEAT AND CHEMICAL TREATMENT

We carry out our orders comprehensively, so if necessary, we provide thermo-chemical treatment of the manufactured components according to customer specifications. In the case of steel, these processes include corrosion protection (oxidation or zinc plating), as well as hardening, nitriding, carburising and various types of annealing. The aluminium components we supply can be subjected to hard anodising and/or decorative colouring processes immediately after treatment. The maximum batch size is 500 x 500 x 800 mm.
